Musicians do this all the time - quite often they will write a song about something in the world, sing it - then find out its about themselves.

Why is having a bad day always a downward spiral?
I'm not very motivated today. Everything is going wrong - and the tone in my voice seems to get more political as the day continues.
I feel like getting really drunk tonight - but I am literally in a spiders web at the moment so any unplanned movements is only going to cause more harm. An an engineer my hands are tied, as a student my time is double booked, as a leader I am flying blind

Sorry guys - twisted my back
